    The Veterans Advocacy provides expert assistance
    to Veterans and their Beneficiaries in claims
    development and presentation of difficult claim appeals
    to the Board of Veterans Appeals and the U.S. Court of
    Appeals for Veterans Claims.

    The Veterans Advocacy will also assist with the
    development and presentation of medical and military
    tort claims, including advisory consulting on Military
    Medical Evaluation Boards and Physical Evaluation
    Boards.

    Assistance is available with any incidental forms and
    paperwork requiring completion or a response to the   
    U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

    The Veterans Advocacy is a specialist in the area of
    VA appeals and torts claims and is available to assist
    the veteran and their beneficiaries.
